President's Pen

There's Still Time!

By Amy Wright, SHRM-SCP, SPHR

Amy Hardesty - IndySHRM PresidentThank you for a great year. As you read the rest of this newsletter, you will see that 2015 was another watershed year for IndySHRM.

We reached our membership goals and became a super mega chapter. We added a student chapter from the University of Indianapolis.

We increased our reach into the community through partnerships with the Starfish Initiative, Operation Hire a Hoosier Vet and Horizon House.

We have engaged a record number of sponsors. We have 186 individuals who are now either SHRM-CP or SHRM-CP certified.

Thank you all for your continued participation as we advance our profession in Central Indiana.

I wish you a joyous holiday season.
