The IndySHRM Workforce Readiness Committee recently volunteered to provide job readiness education and assistance to veterans participating in the 9th annual Operation: Hire a Hoosier Job Fair. The job fair drew hundreds of Indiana organizations with job openings with the goal of meeting and potentially hiring veteran attendees.
